Kiosks For Museums That Directly Drive Revenue $$
Finance each kiosk for as little as $3 a day, and only $200 down. As long as your museum receives more than $3 a
day in donations or ticket revenue, you will be experiencing an immediate Return On Investment. You can of course purchase the kiosk outright as well. Also, unlike other solutions,
we do not charge a monthly fee for our software.
On average a museum donation kiosk can bring up to $100,000 in donations in 1 year.
All direct revenue generating kiosks are equipped with Cash and Debit Card Acceptors.

Donation Kiosk ($$)
People don't carry cash anymore, so the wooden donation box is just not going to cut it anymore.
Donation kiosks can be placed in the exit or the lobby of a museum and take use of the tremendous
traffic of people that come and go through the museum. A donation kiosk allows happy and satisfied patrons to donate to the museum via credit card
on their way out. A museum donation kiosks can bring up to $100,000 in donations in 1 year.
As an added feature, the kiosks can be equipped with wheels and/or a durable transport case to allow them to be easily
placed in the back of a truck and taken to fundraiser events to be used there as well.
Give Recognition To Doners
As part of the Donation Kiosk software, you can allow donors to type in their name and upload an image of themselves via the webcam and choose if
they want to be recognized on the recent donors list as it scrolls across the screen or overhead screen when the kiosk is not being directly used.
This attracts new donors as they walk by the kiosk because they see that they are going to get immediate recognition from their donation.

Ticketing Kiosks ($)
Ticketing Kiosks are usually placed outside the museum so that the museum can sell tickets 24 hours a day. Because of their 24 hour operation,
they tend to increase the amount of tickets sold as well as increase overall traffic. They can also be placed in a lobby to reduce bottlenecks
as well as reduce labor costs associated with giving out tickets.
Gift Card Kiosks ($)
Gift card kiosks can be placed in the local mall or other high-traffic area near the museum to sell tickets in the form of gift cards and
generate a great deal of revenue for the museum. Museums can also have each kiosk act as both a donation kiosk as well
as a gift card ticketing kiosk. Like an army of museum promoters, several kiosks can be placed in either the museum lobby or in a public place near the museum to
continually generate revenue for the museum.
Interactive Exhibit Kiosks
Kiosks are being used frequently in many museums across the
country in exhibits.
Curators and Exhibit designers want to remain competitive by creating
engaging multimedia exhibits. The exhibits are changed frequently in many
museums, and interactive kiosks allow those changes to be done remotely, and instantly.
Larger museums change their exhibits on a schedule
planned years in advance. Kiosks, or "interactives" as they are
sometimes called in the museum industry, can give exhibit
designers an edge. In museums, the kiosk is often incorporated
into an exhibit design.
In the last five years, the kiosk has evolved from being a
gimmick to being a necessary aspect of the museum revenue model and exhibits.
Kiosks allow museum visitors to experience more fully objects
they're not allowed to touch. It is not always easy to create an
interactive program around an artifact. For example, the project
may require taking dozens of photos of artifacts at every
conceivable angle to create 360 degree representations.
The end result is an interactive kiosk that lets visitors turn
a picture of the artifact around to view the front, the back or
the bottom, and to zoom in for closer inspection. The software
adds another dimension to the item.
Museums are primarily educational in nature and, as such, use
CD-ROMs and videos as part of their programs. Kiosks are a
natural extension of the interactive CD-ROMs that many museums
sell in their gift shops. The educational component is important
to keep in mind when it comes to kiosk software design.
SenSee Kiosks works with the museum staff, curators, and
exhibit designers to inform them that the same material can be
gathered and used in different ways on the kiosk.
One of SenSee Kiosks' biggest roles is helping shape content and offering ideas for using periferals such as a webcam or proximity sensor.
While some museums offer little input, others come to SenSee
Kiosks with content and the materials needed to produce the
software.
