Overview


The nature of the Kiosk Industry is that this is a very "high price" and "high volume" industry.

Each lead could represent a client that purchases anywhere between $15,000.00 (4-6 Kiosks) and up to $500,000.00 worth of Kiosks (100+ Kiosks). The average transaction size is $10,000.00 to $40,000.00 (4-10 Kiosks).

Website or Webpage If you currently have an outdated website, or do not have a website at all, SenSee can provide you with a full website with helpful content showcasing your new kiosk and kiosk application offerings, as well as 3 editable pages in which you can enter your own content; Home page, About Us page, and Contact Us page. As part of the package, your new website is hosted by SenSee Kiosks and as you move through the Distributor Signup Wizard, you will be able to initially configure your editable website pages.

You can easily make any future changes to your website, at any time, in the "My Website" section of your Distributor Management Website, which we will provide as part of the package as well.

All of the products and solutions which you will provide will be showcased under the Products and Services tab, where you will display them via pictures, information, and specification sheets for each product, all automatically provided by the Distributor System.

Also included with each website and web page is a link to your online quote system, which we provide as part of the package as well. You will be able to track your website hits, as well as view the information from anyone that goes through your quote system through your products website because the system automatically sends the lead's contact information and lead's quote request information directly to the "Quote" tab in your Distributor Management Website, where you can view the properly formatted actual quote.

When someone uses your quote system, a lead is automatically created in your CRM system, where the actual, properly formatted quote is directly attached to the new lead, and can be viewed at any time when that lead is viewed there in the CRM system.

All quotes generated through your new website, created internally by you in your Distributor Management Website, as well as internally created invoices can all be viewed in the "Quote System" tab of your new Distributor Management Site.


Web "Page" Option (coming Soon)

A second option exists if a reseller already has their own website currently in place, and they just wish to receive the webpage that holds all of Kiosk pictures and kiosk specification sheets as well as be provided the Online Quote System. This option allows resellers to dowload the code for the kiosk product page and Online Quote System, and embed it into their existing website.

With this option, besides the products web page, and Online Quote System, the reseller will also be provided the CRM System, and Distributor Management Website and all of the options and offerings that come with the Distributor Management Website.

Automated Quote System and Setting Your Own Prices



Quote System The Online Quote System is another very useful tool that is provided to every reseller.

It is a crucial tool that will allow you to capture leads while providing your prospective customers with an automated, custom quote, depending upon their chosen product configuration and quantity discounts. The customer is provided a properly formatted, downloadable quote with all of your company information on it, including company logo, name, contact information, and link to your website.

This is a tool that will help automate your sale process, and save you an immense amount of time and operations effort, and you will never have to prepare manual quotes for "tire kickers" again.

With this system you are able to set your own prices for each model in the "Quote System" tab of your Distributor Management Website.

Also, once you channel prospective leads to your website through your own avertising promotions or marketing campaigns, the quote system can automatically sends the lead's contact information and lead's quote request information directly to your CRM system, where the actual, properly formatted quote is directly attached to the new lead, and can be viewed at any time when that lead is viewed there in the CRM system.

The new quote can also be viewed in the "Quote" tab of your new Distributor Management Website, where you can view the properly formatted actual quote, or click on the new lead and go to that lead's page in your CRM system. It is a total circular and automated process that is designed to help automate your sales process and provide you with all of the tools that you need to be sucsessful.

The information that is gathered from the quote system includes name, email, phone number, as well as the specific configuration of the Kiosk that the prospective customer chose, the price per Kiosk, and the total price with quantity considered.

The quote system can also be provided to you if you have your own existing website, where you can download the coding for it and embed it into your current website (coming soon).

With the Distributor Management Website, you can automatically change your own website content, change the prices in your new online quote system, as well as obtain free marketing materials and sales support materials provided by SenSee, such as product catalogs, flyers, and post cards, all that you can download with your company information automatically placed on those documents, as well as sucsessful phone call scripts for sales people, cold lead lists, ect.

As a new distributor, you will have the ability to refer new people to sign up your own sub-distributors and as a result, receive 3% of that new sub-distributor's revenue, permanently, along with pushing for your own end user product sales.
